2024 Crozet Sports Summer Camp!
This summer, we are excited to continue providing a fun camp environment to the youth in our community. Crozet Sports Summer Camp has something for everyone… whether your child wants to improve their sports skills, participate in team-building exercises, design and create crafts, get outside or just hang out with our amazing campers and staff! Crozet Sports Summer Camp is for them! Each day, campers will also participate in fun activities centered around the weekly theme. Each week also includes multiple field trips to swim at Mint Springs, Crozet Park, or another local destination and a camp t-shirt!
Grades: K – 5th (2024-2025 school year)
Camp Times: Full Day 7:30am to 5:30pm | Half Day 7:30am-12:30pm

Theme Week Descriptions
June 17th – June 21st Splish Splash Water Adventures
In addition to the two weekly swim trips, campers will enjoy a full week of water adventures including inflatable water slides and other fun activities. Make a Splash at Splish Splash Water Adventures as campers immerse in a world of aqua-centric excitement! Throughout this thrilling week, our campers dive into an array of water-based activities and games designed to keep them moving while keeping them cool under the sun.
June 24th – June 28th Wizarding World of Sports
Step into the enchanting realm of the Wizarding World of Sports camp week! Embark on a thrilling adventure where magic meets athleticism in a realm where broomsticks soar, spells enhance performance, and camaraderie reigns supreme. This immersive experience offers a unique blend of wizardry and sportsmanship, catering to the curious minds and active spirits of young witches and wizards. Whether soaring high on broomsticks, mastering the art of spellbinding athletics, or making everlasting friendships, the Wizarding World of Sports Kids Summer Camp Week promises an unforgettable journey into a world where imagination knows no bounds and sportsmanship is truly magical. Welcome to Carnival Fun, one of the most exciting weeks at our Kids Summer Camp! Get ready for a whirlwind of color, laughter, and non-stop entertainment. Throughout this week, campers will experience the thrill of a carnival right at their fingertips. Throughout the week, there will be laughter, learning, and the creation of fantastic memories. Get ready to embrace the carnival spirit and experience a week filled with joy, games, creativity, and endless fun!
July 15th – July 19th Amazing Race
Get ready to embark on a thrilling journey filled with teamwork, challenges, and boundless excitement. Campers will be divided into teams and dive into a series of pulse-pounding challenges that will test their agility, problem-solving skills, and teamwork. Each day will present a new leg of the race, transporting campers to different “countries” represented by various sports and activities. From the fast-paced sprints reminiscent of the Olympic Games to the strategic thinking required in soccer matches, every challenge will bring out the competitive spirit in our young adventurers. Get ready to race, explore, and create unforgettable moments!
July 22nd – July 26th Summer Olympics
Get ready to ignite your spirit and experience the thrill of the games right here at our camp. Throughout this exciting week, campers will immerse themselves in the essence of the Olympic Games, fostering teamwork, athleticism, and a passion for sports. Inspired by the Olympic values of friendship, respect, and excellence, our camp aims to instill a sense of determination and fair play in every child. Through interactive games and activities, they’ll learn about different cultures, countries, and the history of the Olympics, broadening their horizons and appreciation for global unity. Campers will have the opportunity to craft their own Olympic torches, design team flags, and even create their version of the Olympic rings.
July 29th – August 2nd Lego My Eggo
Lego My Eggo camp week is a creative and dynamic adventure merging the joy of Lego building with the deliciousness of Eggo waffles! Throughout this week-long camp, young builders and culinary enthusiasts will embark on a fun-filled journey of imagination and taste. Our camp will be an imaginative wonderland designed to spark the minds of young builders and innovators. Campers will embark on an exciting journey filled with LEGO adventures and Eggo-themed activities that blend the joy of building with the delight of exploration.
August 5th – August 9th Inventor’s Workshop
Welcome to the Inventor’s Workshop, where young minds embark on a thrilling journey of creativity and innovation! This camp week will be a great opportunity for budding inventors, explorers, and visionaries eager to bring their imaginative ideas to life. Join us this week for an unforgettable experience that ignites the spark of innovation and fosters a lifelong love for inventing and creating! The Inventor’s Workshop is not just a camp; it’s a platform where dreams take flight, where imagination knows no bounds, and where young inventors discover the thrill of bringing their ideas to life.

Registration Fee $50 per family
Weekly Camp Fee Full Day $330|Half Day $185
*$305 for each additional sibling
Note: The weekly camp fee includes all off-site activities, transportation, and a camp t-shirt.

Families need to submit the $50 family registration fee at the time of registration. You will see this as an option on the Crozet Sports scheduling page. Families have the option of registering for individual weeks or a Payment Plan Membership. All payment must be made online in order to complete the registration process.
Payment Plan Memberships
On the new CS scheduling page, you will see an option to register for individual camp weeks. You will also see an option to purchase a Payment Plan Membership. The Payment Plan Membership options are available as a convenience to families purchasing a high number of camp weeks. You must purchase additional payment plans if needed for additional children.
When you sign up for a Program Payment Plan, you will receive purchase credits. You must then visit the camps/clinics section of the scheduling page and use those credits to register for the camp weeks of your choice. The first of 5 installments is charged to the payment card you provide when you purchase a 5 month payment plan option. The system will then automatically charge you for the remaining 4 installments on this same day each month until your account is paid in full.
Payment Plan Memberships are only available for purchase until April 1, 2024. There are sibling discount codes available to use during the registration process. You will find the discount code listed in the description section of each purchase option.

Camp Scholarships
The Crozet Sports Summer Camp will be offering financial assistance to eligible camp families through the Crozet Sports Community Foundation. A partial reduction in camp fees will be offered to eligible families on a first come, first serve basis. Our goal is to work with families to ensure that our Summer Camp is accessible to the entire community. Please contact us at [email protected] to further discuss this program and to apply.
Do not register online for summer camp if you are applying for a camp scholarship. You will be unable to register for camp online without submitting payment. We will hold camp spots for you while we are processing your scholarship application. If approved for the scholarship, we will then provide a scholarship discount code to use during the online registration process.
