YOUTH Jiu-Jitsu

Crozet Sports has partnered with Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Charlottesville to bring a martial arts clinic to Crozet!  Crozet Sports may establish a full-time program in Crozet, based on the success of this pilot program! If interested, please show your support by signing up for this pilot program.  We invite all youth grades K-5 to join the program.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is becoming one of the most popular kids sports around the world. Jiu Jitsu is a great way to teach your kids valuable lessons: how to make friends, be active, and stay fit.  Kids also learn about respect, teamwork, self-defense, and the importance of education through martial arts.

Kristen DeBruycker, from Gracie Charlottesville, will be serving as the instructor for this program.  Kristen is a black belt Jiu Jitsu instructor and serves as the Director of kid’s programs at Gracie.  She is one of the most well rounded and experienced instructors and competitors around.  We are very fortunate to have her provide this experience to the youth in Crozet!
